Hi, I’m Verena Biggs, the founder of Home Prep Co. With over five years in property management and short-term rentals, I’ve seen first-hand how the smallest changes can have the biggest impact. I love working with families juggling the moving process — to bring calm, clarity, and strategy to what can otherwise feel overwhelming.
What started as helping friends and clients prepare their homes soon grew into a service I knew others needed: practical, stylish, and results-driven support to get properties market-ready. My role is simple: to take the stress off your shoulders and guide you through the process with ease.

We take a hands-on, thoughtful approach. From decluttering and deep cleaning to styling, trades, photography, and full Airbnb set-ups, we coordinate every detail. Nope! Many of our clients hand over the keys and let us manage everything from start to finish. We’ll keep you updated with clear communication and photos at every stage, so you can relax knowing it’s handled.

We can often begin within 1–2 weeks, depending on the scope of work and trades required. For urgent projects (e.g. a fast sale campaign), we’ll do our best to prioritise your timeline.

Both! We offer flexible packages for a streamlined, all-in-one solution, but you can also choose individual services like cleaning, handyman work, or styling if that suits you better. We tailor everything to your goals and budget.

For most projects, we take a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due on completion. Larger renovation or fit-out projects may have staged payments. We’ll always outline this clearly before work begins.
